Fees: $460 Earlybird (paid in full by Wednesday 20th October 2010), $510 Standard (if paid after Wednesday 20th October 2010)
* plus $10.00 payable to ref per game per day
Format: 14 weeks of competition games
First Game: Sunday 31st October, Monday 1st November
