To continue the registration process and online payment please select one of the following options:
1: If you know your team username and password, select the first option (below) to nominate.
2: If you have previously nominated a team and either forgotten the team user name and password, or it does not work, select the second option and update your team details if required.

3: If you have never nominated before, select the third option below.
Once you have commenced the registration process do not use the "Back button" to amend your application. If you make an error you will need to start again from the beginning.
